Introduction

These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the AdCare Connect website (the “Site”). By accessing or using the Site, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site.

The Site is owned and operated by AdCare Connect Pty Ltd, ABN 123456789, a company registered in Australia.

Membership and Directory Listings

The Site offers membership and directory listing services for businesses and individuals in the disability industry in Australia. To become a member or list your business in the directory, you must provide accurate and complete information, including your name, email address, and business information.

By submitting your information, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to enter into these Terms and to perform any obligations hereunder.

Membership and directory listings are subject to approval by AdCare Connect, and we reserve the right to refuse membership or listing for any reason in our sole discretion.

Fees and Payment

Membership and directory listing fees are listed on the Site and are subject to change at any time. All fees are in Australian dollars and are non-refundable.

Payment must be made at the time of membership or directory listing application. We may use a third-party payment processor to process your payment. You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information, and you authorize us to charge your payment method for the total amount of your fees.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your membership or directory listing if your payment is declined or if you fail to pay your fees on time.

Content and Intellectual Property

The Site contains text, graphics, logos, images, and other content (“Content”) that is owned or licensed by AdCare Connect. You may not use or reproduce the Content without our prior written consent.

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Site, such as business descriptions or logos, but you grant AdCare Connect a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display your content in connection with the Site and our services.

Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You agree to comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations.

You may not:

  • Post or transmit any content that is unlawful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or obscene;
  • Engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the Site or our services;
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site or our services;
  • Use the Site or our services to send spam or other unsolicited messages; or
  • Use the Site or our services to promote any products or services that are not related to the disability industry in Australia.

AdCare Connect is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site or our services. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, data, or other intangible losses.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold AdCare Connect and its officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

Modification and Termination

AdCare Connect reserves the right to modify or terminate these Terms at any time without prior notice. If we make material changes to these Terms, we will post the updated Terms on the Site.

We may terminate your membership or directory listing at any time without prior notice if you violate these Terms or if we determine, in our sole discretion, that your membership
